Pescaderia Volcan is a fresh fish and seafood shop in Volcan Centro, which also offers its specialty of fried fish with patacones or french fries and salad.
Fresh fish are desquamated fish, without the discomfort of having to desquamate these fish at home, the varieties of fresh fish they sell are red snapper, snook, corvine and Sierra (or as we say in Volcan, "Macarela")
Among the varieties of seafood they also offer: Fish fillets such as snapper, mahi-mahi and some very rich Salmon fillets to make at home. They also sell octopus, shrimp, mixed seafood, whole squid and squid rings, peeled clams, head and bones of snapper for soup, etc.
Although currently the prepared food to eat in the place is the whole fried fish, they will soon offer shrimp with garlic sauce with the same accompaniments.
They are located diagonally to the IDAAN in front of the Tierra de Canaan Church, entering through Ferremax.
